Intelligent building professional contracting qualification is divided into first and two grade and three grade three standard, professional design is divided into a, B, C and unrated. The following describes the requirements of intelligent building professional contracting qualification.
First grade qualification standard:

Grade two qualification standard:
1, enterprises in the past 5 years have undertaken 2 construction cost more than 5 million yuan building intelligent project construction, the quality of the project is qualified.
2, enterprise managers have more than 5 years engaged in engineering management work experience or above intermediate title; technical director has more than 5 years engaged in construction management work experience and related professional intermediate title; financial officer has above junior accountant title. The enterprise has the title of engineering and economic management personnel of not less than 50 people, including engineering and technical personnel of not less than 30 people, and the personnel of the computer, electronics, communication, automation and other professional complete; engineering and technical personnel, with the title of senior personnel of not less than 3 people, intermediate title personnel of not less than 10 people. There are not less than 5 project managers with two or more qualifications.

2, enterprise managers have above 5 years working experience in construction management; technical department has engaged in more than 5 years working experience in construction management and related professional intermediate above title; the person in charge of finance have a primary accounting titles; enterprises have the title of engineering and economic management personnel of not less than 20 people, including engineering and technical personnel of not less than 12, personnel and computer, electronics, communication, automation and other professional complete; engineering and technical personnel, with the title of senior personnel of not less than 1 people, intermediate title personnel of not less than 4 people. There are not less than 3 project managers with three or more qualifications.

Scope of contracted works:
First class enterprise: can undertake all kinds of building intelligent engineering construction.
Two grade enterprise: the construction of intelligent project with the construction cost of 12 million yuan and below.
Three grade enterprise: the construction of intelligent project with the construction cost of 6 million yuan and below.
